  1. We follow a strict ‘No Refund’ policy.
  2. We offer exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
  3. You can exchange an item(s) for another within the same price range or a higher one with the payment of the difference.
  4. In case of an exchange, you can self-ship the item to us using any courier of your choice that has package tracking capabilities and is insured, such as FedEx, Thailand Post, and EMS.
  5. We will NOT be responsible for any costs of such self-shipping, loss, or damage incurred. However, we will be responsible for resending the new exchanged item to the provided shipping address.
