Exchange & Refund
- We follow a strict ‘No Refund’ policy.
- We offer exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
- You can exchange an item(s) for another within the same price range or a higher one with the payment of the difference.
- In case of an exchange, you can self-ship the item to us using any courier of your choice that has package tracking capabilities and is insured, such as FedEx, Thailand Post, and EMS.
- We will NOT be responsible for any costs of such self-shipping, loss, or damage incurred. However, we will be responsible for resending the new exchanged item to the provided shipping address.
